The summer music and tourist season kicked off in Minsk on 18 May with a concert by talented children from all regions of Belarus in the Upper Town. They were accompanied by the Mikhail Finberg National Academic Concert Orchestra. The concert featured the laureates of international, national and city competitions and festivals, winners of the special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth.
