Discussions and nominations of delegates by civil society and local councils of deputies have been going on in all regions of the country since 12 March. Civil society structures and regional councils of deputies will have to make a final decision on their delegates on 1-10 April. The Belarusian Women’s Union is the first to choose its delegates.
