MINSK, 6 February (BelTA) – Trial runs of electrobuses made by BKM Holding have begun at premises of the Belarusian nuclear power plant, representatives of the state enterprise Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant told BelTA.
The holding company shipped four E350 electrobuses to the Belarusian nuclear power plant. This model represents an innovative kind of electric transport designed for transporting passengers on suburban lines.
Workers of the automobile transport division of the Belarusian nuclear power plant are busy tuning the electrobuses and testing them along the routes they will use later on.
The electrobuses will be used to transport workers of the Belarusian nuclear power plant from the nearby town of Ostrovets to the nuclear power plant and back as from mid-February 2026.
