Employment in Belarus up by 10,000 in December

MINSK, 27 January (BelTA) –  In December 2025, the number of people employed in the Belarusian economy was 4,164,200, BelTA informs citing the National Statistical Committee.

The number of employed persons increased by 10,000 in December 2025. In November, the number of people employed in the country’s economy stood at 4,154,200.

The National Statistical Committee noted that maintaining an adequate level of employment is important for ensuring social prosperity and sustainable economic growth.
