MINSK, 15 November (BelTA) - Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Guangzhou Konstantin Golovko held a meeting with Chen Simin, president of China Council for Promotion of International Trade Guangzhou Committee, BelTA learned from he Belarusian diplomatic mission in Guangzhou.
The parties discussed key areas of cooperation in trade, economy, investment, tourism, and culture. The meeting participants also approved the plans to hold joint exhibition events and business exchanges in 2026, which will help strengthen bilateral business ties.
The Chinese side expressed interest in having a wide range of Belarusian food products available in retail and readiness to assist in promoting Belarusian brands within Guangzhou's retail networks.
The Consul General briefed the leadership of the China Council for Promotion of International Trade Guangzhou Committee on the investment terms in the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone and on the preferential regimes in Belarus' free economic zones
