MINSK, 24 December (BelTA) –Belarusian Oil Trading House will invest €10,400 in the authorized fund of OOO BNK Tbilisi that is being created in Georgia with the participation of the Belarusian organization. The decision is stipulated in Council of Ministers Resolution No.1114 of 20 December 2013 officially published on the national legal Internet portal on 24 December, BelTA has learnt.
“To approve the proposal of the Belarusian State Oil and Chemistry Concern that the national subsidiary unitary enterprise Belarusian Oil Trading House will make a monetary contribution of €10,400 to the authorized fund of OOO BNK Tbilisi created with its participation on the territory of Georgia,” the resolution reads. The decision was made by the government in accordance with the Investment Code of Belarus.
The Belarusian Oil Trading House is part of Belneftekhim concern. The organization is involved in the workload and paced work of the Belarusian petrochemical and oil-refining enterprises, and in the export of oil and chemical products. In order to increase the export and currency proceeds, Belneftekhim concern and Belarusian Oil Trading House have been developing the commodity distribution network in the main strategic markets for the Belarusian petrochemical and oil products.
