MINSK, 22 April (BelTA) - Belarusian industrial developments by famous domestic brands are on display as part of the Made in Belarus collective exposition at INNOPROM. Central Asia in Tashkent, which is running in the Uzbekistan capital from 22 to 24 April, BelTA learned from the Belinterexpo exhibition enterprise at the Belarusian Chamber of commerce and industry (BelCCI).
The Belarusian delegation includes First Deputy Industry Minister Aleksandr Ogorodnikov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Uzbekistan Leonid Marinich, and members of the business community of Belarus.
INNOPROM. Central Asia is one of the key industry forums in Uzbekistan, which is held jointly with Russian organizers and under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The large-scale exhibition brings together more than 400 exhibitors and presents 28 collective expositions, including Made in Belarus organized by Belinterexpo.
The exhibition showcases the developments by more than 10 Belarusian enterprises and their subsidiaries representing the signature domestic industrial brands. One of the highlights of the exhibition was the tour of the country expositions by the organizers and invited guests. Thus, Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Khodjaev of Uzbekistan and Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov of Russia paid a courtesy call on the Belarusian exposition.
Made in Belarus showcases the samples and developments by the automobile engineering company BelAZ, one of the flagships of the Belarusian manufacturing sector, and Gomselmash, the largest manufacturer of agricultural machines, one of the leaders in the market of grain harvesters and other sophisticated agricultural machines.
Minsk Tractor Plant (MTZ trademark) has displayed its modernized, upgraded and special-purpose tractors, while BATE, the specialized enterprise for design and production of starters and generators for carburetor and diesel engines of trucks, cars, buses, agricultural machinery and special equipment - products of a number of branches, including Borisov Plant Avtogydrousilitel, Belkard, Rudensk, and Vitebsk Plant of Electrical Measuring Devices.
BMZ has showcased a wide range of metal products, each type of which combines the company’s innovations and long-term experience. Samples of metal-cutting machine tools and CNC machining centers, universal console milling machines are on display at the stand of StankoGomel. New power distribution transformers and other electrical equipment has been displayed by the Minsk Electrotechnical Plant named after V.I. Kozlov. Cooling Systems Plant has presented radiators for cooling power systems and products successfully used in cooling systems of haul trucks, tractors, drilling rigs, diesel generators, block power plants, traction transformers of electric locomotives, compressor stations.
BKM Holding, which specializes in the production of electric transport (electric buses, trolleybuses, trams, electric trucks and charging infrastructure), has demonstrated scale models of its products, including a low-floor single-section tram model T811 with two motor bogies.
Minsk Watch Plant has displayed its lineup of wrist watches, alarm clocks, processing parts and printed circuit boards.
Belarusian organizers of the exhibition forum have planned a number of meetings of business communities and specialized delegations in order to consolidate partnership points and form the upcoming international business agenda, Belinterexpo added.
