Belarus to supply harvesters to Russia's Stavropol Krai on preferential terms

MINSK, 25 September (BelTA) – The Belarusian agricultural machinery manufacturer Gomselmash, the Bison Trade company and the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia's Stavropol Krai have concluded a trilateral agreement to supply agricultural machines, BelTA learned from the website of Gomselmash.

The Belarusian company will supply harvesters to Stavropol Krai on preferential terms. The agreement lays down a program which provides for a possibility to buy machines with a delay of payment and no advance payment. The program also stipulates a special price.

“Supplying machines to Stavropol Krai is one of our strategic areas of work,” Gomselmash Director General Aleksandr Novikov said.

Gomselmash Holding Company is one of the largest manufacturers of agricultural machines and one of the leaders in the world market of harvesters and other sophisticated agricultural machines. The company uses the Palesse trademark to market lineups of grain and forage harvesters, ear corn harvesters, potato harvesters, mowers, and other agricultural machines. Palesse harvesters are used in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Argentina, Brazil, China, South Korea, Baltic states, and other countries. Gomselmash operates an extensive distribution chain, joint ventures, and assembly enterprises.
