MINSK, 13 November (BelTA) – Belarusian meat processing, dairy and confectionery companies are taking part in a large-scale food exhibition event in Kazakhstan - the Central Asian International Food Industry Exhibition FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2024 that is running in Almaty on 13-15 November, BelTA learned from the Belinterexpo enterprise of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI).
FoodExpo Qazaqstan is a major showcase event for products from Kazakhstan and other states. The event also offers a great networking opportunity for industry representatives from Kazakhstan and other regions of Central Asia.
The exposition of Belarusian producers “Belarus. The Taste of Nature” arranged by Belinterexpo features eight Belarusian companies, including well-known meat brands from Volkovysk, Grodno, Oshmyany, Pinsk and Slonim.
Turov Dairy Plant presents a cheese line for the food industry and retail chains. The enterprise arranged a thematic venue Show-Kitchen where the ambassador of the professional line of cheeses, president of Russia’s Pizzaiolo Association Arkady Gritsevsky shows how to make pizzas using the company’s cheeses.
Minsk Dairy Plant No. 1 presents its recent launch - Edelweiss cheese with various spices, Imeruli cheese and cheeses with goat milk. The company displays a lactose-free product line, including milk, cottage cheese, sour cream and butter, as well as curd bars without added sugar, including glazed curd bars with mango-orange-ginger and blueberry-blackberry flavors with a fat content of 20%.
Spartak also promotes a sugar-free chocolate line: dark chocolate with collagen, with strawberries and hazelnuts, 72% dark chocolate, mini muesli bars, wafer bars, sugar-free cookies with flax seeds and bran, as well as sugar-free Truffles candies.
