MINSK, 2 December (BelTA) – Belarusian enterprises are forging new foreign trade ties with partners from Russia’s Adygea and Belgorod, BelTA learned from the Minsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI).
During a business mission to the Republic of Adygea, a round table discussion was held with representatives of Belarus’ and Adygea’s business communities, government bodies, and entrepreneurship support organizations. The opportunities for interregional cooperation and prospects for the development of trade and economic relations were discussed.
The introduction to enterprises of Adygea continued with a B2B procurement session, where representatives of the Belarusian delegation held negotiations with producers in the agro-industrial complex, woodworking, and tourism sectors. Consideration was also given to prospects for foreign trade cooperation and the exchange of experience.
The Belarusian delegation also continued its work during on-site visits to enterprises of Adygea, deepening business contacts and expanding cooperation across various economic sectors. Overall, the event became a platform for establishing new foreign trade ties between Belarus’ and Adygea’s enterprises, the Minsk Office of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry noted.
Earlier, a business mission of the Belarusian delegation to the Russian city of Belgorod concluded, focusing on the development of cooperation in the agro-industrial complex, food industry, construction, and medicine. The participants held extensive B2B negotiations with leaders of the regional business and presented samples of Belarusian products.
“The negotiations with top companies allowed for the exchange of expertise and an assessment of the strengths of Belgorod enterprises. Special emphasis was placed on practical mechanisms of interaction in priority industries where Belarusian technologies have gained recognition from local partners,” the Minsk Office of the BelCCI highlighted.
During the business visit, Belarusian representatives visited key industrial sites, thoroughly studying the technological process and infrastructure of Belgorod enterprises. Expert sessions contributed to identifying common ground and developing certain proposals for deeper business integration.
Furthermore, the Belarusian delegation took part in the conference titled as Made in Russia. Made in Belogorye, aimed at creating an effective platform for constructive dialogue between Russian exporters, state bodies, and businesses. Within the conference framework, business negotiations were held between businesses from Belarus and Russia’s Belgorod Oblast. The opportunities provided by the BelCCI for the development of bilateral cooperation were presented by Vitaly Zhuk, Head of the Information and Marketing Department of the Minsk Office of the BelCCI. It was noted that the Belgorod market showed high interest in partnerships, laying the groundwork for new contracts and joint projects.
