MINSK, 22 March (BelTA) – Belarus’ Consul General Andrei Andreyev has attended Asia’s leading international show in the food additives and ingredients industry - the Food Ingredients China (FIC) 2024 in Shanghai, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Export and investment potential of the Belarusian agro-industrial complex and the China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone were showcased at the exhibition. A number of meetings and business negotiations took place to discuss cooperation in food production for export and domestic markets.
The parties discussed implementation of joint projects on the production of food ingredients using Belarusian raw materials, as well as high-tech equipment and components in the Great Stone Industrial Park.
More than 1,600 exhibitors are taking part in the international exhibition of food equipment and ingredients in the Food Ingredients China 2024 in Shanghai. The number of Chinese and foreign guests of the event have exceeded 150,000.
