MINSK, 28 August (BelTA) – In accordance with Council of Ministers Resolution No. 457, dated 22 August 2025, Belagroprombank will transfer shares of three enterprises to state ownership free of charge by 31 December 2025. The resolution was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.
The transfer involves 458,500 shares of the Gamma Vkusa baby food producer with a nominal value of Br5.5 each, for a total amount of Br2,521,750. Furthermore, 227,979 shares of Pinsk-based Polesie garment producer will be transferred, with a nominal value of Br25 each, for a total amount of Br5,699,475.
The transaction also includes the transfer of 793,639,230 shares of Svetlogorsk Pulp and Cardboard Mill with a nominal value of Br0.01 each, for a total amount of Br7,936,392.3.
