How Belarusian roads are built

Large-scale reconstruction relying on modern technologies is in progress on the R23 Minsk-Mikashevichi motorway near Slutsk. The construction of the section starting at the 102nd km and ending at the 107th km has been going on seven days a week since October 2016. The project's implementation will produce a premium-quality road: traffic safety will be improved, noise screens will be installed in addition to underground walkways for the local residents. Apart from the crossovers, which are being built as part of the motorway now, there are plans to build a bridge over the Lokneya River in the future.
