Belarusian specialists were interested in the experience of reloading nuclear fuel. This is why their visit coincided with the scheduled maintenance of the first unit of the Rostov nuclear power plant and the accompanying refueling procedure.
Belarus and Ukraine intend to step up R&D cooperation in priority cooperation avenues: information and communication technologies, optoelectronics, nanotechnologies, healthcare and pharmaceutics, agriculture, and mechanical engineering.
Igor Shunevich said: “Russian colleagues from the Internal Affairs Ministry will lend their officers to us for the duration of the 2nd European Games Minsk 2019 and the ice hockey world championship. It will definitely make the measures taken to ensure public law and order more effective.”
