MINSK, 24 February (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko demands property protection guarantees to be strengthened in Belarus. The norm is contained in President's decree No.78 of 23 February 2016 “Concerning the measures to enhance the effectiveness of the social and economic sector of the Republic of Belarus”, BelTA learnt from the presidential press service.
Under the document, the Prosecutor-General's Office and courts must secure strict observance of the property protection guarantees envisaged by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
The decree comes into force after its official publication.
