MINSK, 15 September (BelTA) - Head of the EU Delegation to Belarus Andrea Wiktorin presented the copies of her credentials to Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alena Kupchyna at the meeting on 15 September, BelTA learnt from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
