On 13 April, State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota visited Khoiniki District, one of the areas most affected by the Chernobyl accident. Grigory Rapota paid a visit to the Polesie production subsidiary of OAO Milkavita, and also the Polesie State Radiation and Ecological Reserve which scientists have already implemented a number of programs to mitigate the consequences of the Chernobyl accident, financed from the Union State budget.
