An active phase of the command post exercise for missile troops and artillery units is in progress in Gomel Oblast. Artillery units have used 2A65 Msta-B cannons for live fire while missile troops used tactical missile systems Tochka and multiple-launch rocket systems Smerch and Uragan to carry out missile strikes. Apart from that, Yak-130 aircraft crews have launched guided air-to-air missiles in the Polessky exercise area for the first time ever.
