Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has updated instructions concerning efforts to find new oil suppliers and build the oil delivery logistics. The new instructions were issued during the government conference held on 3 March to discuss ways to ensure effective operation of the country's oil refining complex in 2020 and later on.
