Prime minister of Belarus and other ministers sign the book of condolence

Prime Minister of Belarus Andrei Kobyakov and heads of Belarusian ministries left notes in the book of condolence in the Embassy of Russia in Belarus on 26 December after a Tu-154 jet liner crashed in the Black Sea on 25 December.
