Students from the best schools of Minsk have been posted as guard of honor at the Victory Monument in Pobedy Square for 34 years already. The teenagers in military uniforms have become a sight to behold. Tourists take photos of them as new sentries march to relieve their comrades. Minsk residents proudly say that the guard of honor feels like harmonious part of the Victory Monument.
