Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko opposes attempts to ascribe the victory in the Great Patriotic War to one nation. The head of state made the relevant statement for mass media in the Brest Fortress on 2 June as he commented on the articles published by mass media of the allied countries about Belarus' alleged historical separatism.
