It is necessary to work out a global strategy on the basis of international law under the aegis of the United Nations Organization with a view to counteracting new challenges and threats. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made the statement as he met with the heads of the delegations participating in the session of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council on 6 April.
