Vyacheslav Kachura, the last of the Belarusian citizens who were forcibly held in Libya by one of the so-called revolutionary brigades since August 2011, returned home on 2 February. Vyacheslav Kachura arrived in Minsk by a flight from Moscow. At the airport he was met by his son and daughter, a representative of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and journalists.
