Belarus president addresses participants of the CSTO summit in Minsk

Belarus is a consistent supporter of vigorous cooperation in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko made the statement as he opened the restricted-attendance session of the CSTO Collective Security Council in Minsk on 30 November.
