Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev had a meeting in the Zagulba Presidential Palace. In line with the protocol, the negotiations were preceded by ceremonial events involving an honor guard company and the performance of the national anthems. Members of the delegations also participated in the ceremony. Another mandatory tradition was the photo-opp of the two leaders.
