The Russian and Ukrainian delegations held the third round of negotiations on 7 March. The meeting took place in Belovezhskaya Pushcha.
The Russian delegation arrived in Belarus for the talks in the afternoon of 7 March: they landed in Brest at around 13.00. An hour later, they arrived at the place of negotiations. A helicopter carrying the Ukrainian delegation landed in Belovezhskaya Pushcha at approximately 16.20.
On 3 March, the Russian and Ukrainian delegations held the second round of talks in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Their first meeting was held in Gomel Oblast on 28 February.
