Lukashenko offers Belarus as a negotiation venue for settling the conflict in Ukraine

Belarus is ready to provide a venue for peaceful negotiations on settling the conflict in Ukraine. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement for mass media on 26 February.
