World Blood Donor Day is observed on 14 June every year. On this day people are encouraged to join campaigns on unpaid blood donations. Such a campaign was held at the Training Center of the Belarusian Red Cross in Minsk where a pop up blood donation site was set up with the help of the National Research Center for Transfusiology and Medical Biotechnology.
