During the working trip to Tolochin District, Vitebsk Oblast on 13 October Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko was made familiar with prospects of development of the country's potato farming industry. The head of state visited the Tolochin canning factory. The company has been mastering new technologies for growing, processing, and storing potatoes for the last few years.
