Smolski wins Men's Sprint in Ufa

MINSK, 12 March (BelTA) – Belarusian biathletes are taking part in the Russian Biathlon Union Cup which is underway in Ufa. Anton Smolski of Belarus won the Men's Sprint on 12 March, BelTA has learned.

Anton Smolski with one penalty finished 45.7 seconds ahead of his teammate Dzmitry Lazouski (0+0). Third was Russia's Alexander Loginov, 50.4 seconds back.

As for the results of other Belarusian biathletes, Mikita Labastau finished 6th, Ivan Tulatin 30th, Ilya Auseyenka 40th, Aliaksandr Koshyn 44th. A total of 68 athletes took part in the race.
