MINSK, 8 January (BelTA) – Belarus’ Aliaksandra Sasnovich and Katerina Siniakova of the Czech Republic reached the Adelaide International quarterfinal after seeing off Canada’s Gabriela Dabrowski and Erin Routliffe of New Zealand, 6-4, 2-6, 10-8, BelTA has learned.
In the women’s singles round of Last 32 Aliaksandra Sasnovich, ranked 83 in the world, will face world number 7 Marketa Vondrousova of the Czech Republic. The Belarusian reached the main draw through qualifying, defeating Russia’s world number 71 Elina Avanesyan and world number 609 Ulrikke Eikeri of Norway.
