MINSK, 19 July (BelTA) – Belarus' Aliaksandra Sasnovich has been off to a good start at the Hamburg European Open 2022 tennis tournament with the total prize money on offer at $251,000, BelTA has learned.
In Round of 32 Aliaksandra Sasnovich (WTA No.35) eased past Germany's Nastasja Schunk (WTA No. 146) 6-1, 6-4. The match lasted 1 hour 15 minutes. She will next take on either Serbia's Aleksandra Krunic (WTA No. 75) or Germany's Sabine Lisicki (WTA No. 487).
The Hamburg European Open 2022 will wrap up on 23 July.
