MINSK, 3 August (BelTA) – All the participants of the semifinals of the football tournament of the Olympic Games have been determined, BelTA has learned.
In the first quarterfinal Morocco defeated the USA team 4-0 and will play against Spain, which beat Japan 3-0, in the match to reach the final. In the second semifinal France, which defeated Argentina 1-0, will play against Egypt, which defeated Paraguay in a penalty shootout.
The semifinal matches will be held on 5 August. The match for bronze medals will be held on 8 August. And the decisive match for the Olympic gold medal will take place at the Parc des Princes stadium in Paris on 9 August.
