MINSK, 16 March (BelTA) – Mikita Labastau of Belarus won the Men's Mass Start at the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) Cup in Ufa, BelTA has learned.
The Belarusian produced perfect shooting to finish first. Eduard Latypov from Bashkortostan came in 12 seconds behind the winner. Third was Daniil Serokhvostov from Novosibirsk Oblast. Anton Smolski, the winner of the sprint and pursuit races at the RBU Cup, finished fourth with three penalties.
Dzmitry Lazouski of Belarus made four penalties to finish 17th, Aliaksandr Koshyn placed 34th with three penalties.
