MINSK, 10 July (BelTA) - MAZ-SPORTauto Team will take part in the Silk Road Rally, BelTA learned from the MAZ press service.
Silk Way Rally, the brightest event of the racing season, kicks off on 12 July. The route will go through Mongolian steppes, the sands of the Gobi Desert and the Altai Mountains and will end in Gorno-Altaisk.
MAZ-SPORTauto Team will have three crews. Crew No.302 includes Siarhei Vyazovich (pilot), Pavel Haranin (co-pilot), Andrei Krahelskiy (mechanic). Crew No. 306 Pavel Muryliou (pilot), Siarhei Sachuk (co-pilot), Artsiom Chalevich (mechanic). The young crew did well in the season of 2025. Pavel Muryliou will debut at Silk Way Rally behind the wheel. Siarhei Sachuk will compete in the race as a co-pilot for the third time, and Artsiom Chalevich will again take the place of a mechanic.
Crew No. 309 consists of pilot Vitaliy Muryliou, co-pilot Aliaksandr Shved and mechanic Yauheni Tsiunel. Vitaliy and Aliaksandr return to the Silk Way after a forced break. In September of last year, Vitaliy Muryliou’s crew got into a serious accident. This year, the crew has a new mechanic. This will be a debut for Yauheni Tsiunel.
