MINSK, 30 November (BelTA) – HC Dinamo Minsk lost 2-3 to HC Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in overtime in the KHL regular-season match on 29 November, BelTA has learned.
Lokomotiv seized the initiative from the very start of the match and opened the scoring through Nikolai Kovalenko in the ninth minute. The second period was more even, but again Lokomotiv got the only goal. This time it was Yegor Averin on the power play late in the frame.
Dinamo rallied in the third. Two goals in five minutes from Ryan Murphy and Yegor Sharangovich made the game tied. Lokomotiv was more willing to shoot during overtime and got its reward with a minute left when Pavel Kraskovsky grabbed the winner.
