MINSK, 29 October (BelTA) – HC Dinamo Minsk snapped their five-game losing streak with a home success over HC Dinamo Riga, 3-0, in the KHL regular-season match on 28 October, BelTA has learned.
The opening period ended with nothing on the scoreboard. Brennan Menell put the home team ahead midway through the second stanza. Four minutes later Yegor Sharangovich extended the Bisons' advantage.
Yegor Sharangovich is Minsk's leading goalscorer this season and he took his numbers to 10 midway through the third. It was also the fourth game in a row that he had found the net.
HC Dinamo Minsk will next play HC Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod on 30 October.
