TOKYO, 6 August (BelTA) - Mahamedkhabib Kadzimahamedau, silver medalist of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, expressed his happiness about winning a medal for Belarus during a press conference on 6 August. He added that becoming an Olympic champion still remains his dream and that he will do the utmost to be well-prepared for the next Games, BelTA has learned.
“It was interesting to face such world's freestyle wrestling stars as Kyle Dake and Frank Chamizo, and actually beat them. Now we need to look at what mistakes were made in the final. The Olympic champion title is the pinnacle of sports career for me. The next Games will take place in Paris. We will be doing our best,” the silver medalist said.
