MINSK, 6 June (BelTA) – The Russian Greco-Roman Wrestling Tournament White Nights in Memory to Olympic Champion Anatoly Roshchin took place in St Petersburg, BelTA leaned from the press service of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus.
In 2022 the tournament was held for the 34th time. Belarusian wrestlers won four medals: Maksim Stupakevich (55kg; gold), Mikita Kazakou (77kg; gold), Artsiom Katsar (55kg; bronze), and Aliaksandr Liavonchyk (67kg; bronze).
Ten Belarusian wrestlers took part in the 34th edition of the tournament in St Petersburg. Competing were also Uladzislau Prybylski (60kg), Andrei Samets (72kg), Kiryl Malchikau, Vasily Buglak (both 82kg), Dzmitry Zarubski and Ilya Shumchyk (both 130kg).
