MINSK, 24 March (BelTA) - The Belarusian Olympic Academy is launching a new project “Olympic Education Marathon”. It is geared towards teachers of preschool education institutions, children and their parents, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian NOC.
"This is a great opportunity to dive into an incredibly fascinating world of the Olympic movement: from its origins to the present. You will feel like a real winner at the finish line of the educational project!" the NOC said in a statement.
The Olympic Education Marathon will be running from March to December 2021. It encompasses a number of activities. The most active participants will be invited to the National Convention on Olympic Education, which will sum up the results of the project, award prizes, present memorabilia and offer workshops from the country's leading specialists.
