A Belarusian delegation led by NOC President Viktor Lukashenko and NOC Secretary General Polina Golovina took part in the forum's plenary session, during which heads of the national Olympic committees shared experience regarding the development of the Olympic movement.

Projects of large-scale events and major competitions, which have already been held and which will be organized soon in the countries participating in the forum, are presented in Tashkent.

During a presentation Secretary General of Belarus' NOC Polina Golovina shared experience of organization of the culture and sport festival “Vytoki. A step toward Olympus”, which took place in seven Belarusian cities (Lida, Orsha, Kobrin, Mozyr, Bobruisk, Soligorsk, and Minsk) in 2021.
