MINSK, 15 February (BelTA) – Kusa, Chelyabinsk Oblast of Russia played host to the Alpine skiing event of the 2024 Russian Winter Spartakiad of Best Athletes, BelTA has learned.
Maria Shkanova of Belarus claimed silver in the Women’s Slalom, clocking 54.92 seconds in the second attempt. Gold went to Vitalina Girina from Moscow Oblast. Bronze was collected by Ekaterina Tkachenko from Moscow.
This season Maria Shkanova has been in Russian Alpine Skiing World Cup Top Three five times and two-time medalist of the Alpine Skiing Seria PRO.
