MINSK, 30 October (BelTA) – Brest is hosing a joint meeting of the sport ministries of Belarus and Russia chaired by Belarusian Sport and Tourism Minister Sergei Kovalchuk and Russian Sport Minister Oleg Matytsin, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Sport and Tourism Ministry.
The parties are set to discuss a number of issues related to the training of the sports talent pool at the regional level, the digital transformation of physical culture and sport, and the issues on the international sports agenda. Belarus will share its experience of operating the sports industry amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The parties are going to sign a number of documents designed to improve the cooperation, including in countering the use of doping in sport.
