TOKYO, 6 August (BelTA) – President of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus Viktor Lukashenko has congratulated Belarusian freestyle wrestler Mahamedkhabib Kadzimahamedau on winning silver at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, BelTA learned from the press service of Belarus' NOC.
