Belarus' Mikalai Vesialou to defend WBA Continental champion title on 19 October

MINSK, 16 October (BelTA) – Belarusian middleweight boxer Mikalai Vesialou will defend his WBA Continental champion title on 19 October, BelTA has learned.

The fight will take place in Belgium. The Belarusian will face Denmark's Abdul Khattab.

Mikalai Vesialou won the WBA Continental champion title in April 2018 after defeating Estonia's Pavel Semjonov in Tallinn by a unanimous decision.

Ivan Baranchyk of Belarus was named WBA Inter-Continental Super Lightweight champion in October 2019.
