MINSK, 14 June (BelTA) – Kseniya Danilovich of Belarus clinched silver at the Vladimir Gulidov Memorial Russian Judo Tour in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, BelTA has learned.
In the 52kg semifinal the Belarusian took a solid win over an athlete from Mongolia but lost to Russia's Darya Gribanova in the final. Hanna Burakova of Belarus failed to reach the medal bouts.
Ulyana Minenkova will represent Belarus in the 57kg event on 15 June. Yahor Trukhan, Dzmitry Minkou, and Vadzim Shoka will compete in the 73kg event.
Competing in the tournament are over 200 judokas from Belarus, Russia, Mongolia and Uzbekistan. The tournament will be over on 20 June.
