MINSK, 11 November (BelTA) – Spaniard Carlos Alos will remain the head coach of Belarus national football team until November 2026. This decision was made at a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Belarusian Football Federation on 11 November, BelTA has learned.
Alos took over the Belarusian national team in early August 2023. Under his leadership, Belarus played 10 official qualifiers of the European Championship and the UEFA Nations League, scoring three victories, drawing six times and suffering only one defeat; the goal difference is 7:5.
This season, Belarus have two matches left to play in Group C3 of the UEFA Nations League: Northern Ireland in Belfast on 15 November and Bulgaria in Sofia on 18 November.
