MINSK, 3 February (BelTA) – A total of 19,000 volunteers have been recruited for Beijing 2022, Yang Shuan, Vice President of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, said at a session of the International Olympic Committee, TASS informs.
“So far, we have 19,000 volunteers at the Winter Olympics. So please enjoy the hospitality of the Chinese people in the coming days,” said Yang Shuan.
The Olympic Games will be held in Beijing from 4 to 20 February.
