The Minsk World mixed-use complex is highly attractive as it features a young quarter which is home to many families, whose children will sooner or later ask their parents for a cat or a dog, a hamster or a rabbit. This perspective makes me extremely happy. My rating of the complex is 10 out of 10! The commercial facilities in the houses are spacious enough to place everything necessary to suit every customer's needs.
Traffic is no less important. The area features a Gippo supermarket [the supermarket is located in the Emirates quarter and is open from 9.00 to 23.00]. The quarter will soon boast a new metro station [the Aerodromnaya metro station is set to open its doors in summer 2023, finishing works are already underway] and the shopping and entertainment center Avia Mall. The footfall will be very high! The Volna house itself is the living heart of Minsk World.
The transport links here are all expertly designed! The goods can be transferred to another outlet in a couple of minutes, or everything you need can be delivered from another site to our pet store in the Emirates quarter. We could have chosen other locations but we decided on the Volna house because this place is very beautiful and a great location to run business!
We really like the location. We like Minsk World very much. We really like the people who live here. These are mostly young people, families with children - our target audience, and we are really happy that we have opened our business here for them.
When choosing premises we looked first of all at the location, at how high the population density would be in the area. We analyzed infrastructure like schools and kindergartens. We also took into account public transport availability. One of the most important factors was that Volna is a modern house. It fully corresponds to our format in terms of communication lines, design, high ceilings and huge stained-glass windows.
Base build layout is a definite plus for a business! It allows a process engineer to easily design what the business owners want. This premise needed minimal redesign to make it fit our needs. It involved no labor and no major expense. Minsk World is one of the most promising, rapidly growing, and endlessly interesting complexes of Minsk!
We have an agreement with the property management company regarding the expansion of our business in this location. At least one additional PON-Pushka will be opened in the multifunctional complex but their number may be larger!
The multifunctional complex is big! Traffic flows will be well established since a new metro station and a shopping and entertainment center will open soon. Even more people are expected. Commerce on the first floor is very convenient! All the facilities are within a walking distance – shops and banks. Regular customers come here. I remember many of their faces. Large panoramic windows in commercial premises are a huge plus for business. Potential customers can see the product range from afar. It is also possible to place promotional materials to the business's advantage!
